Chris Billinsky teaches in the area of information technologies in libraries.  She received her A.B. in International Relations from Brown University (Providence, Rhode Island), and her M.S. in Library Science from Simmons College (Boston, Massachusetts).  Before coming to USC she was head of library services for The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, a large R&D engineering facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
